Jessop Group PhD student Sarah Ellis (co-supervised by Michael Cunningham) has been selected as a 2021 Kenneth G. Hancock Memorial Awardee.
Sponsored by the ACS Division of Environmental Chemistry and the National Institute of Standards and Technology, this award provides national recognition for outstanding student contributions to advancing the goals of green chemistry. This year there was a competitive field of applicants, but the judges (an external selection committee assembled by the ACS Green Chemistry Institute®) were highly impressed with Sarah’s application and selected her to be a recipient of this prestigious award.
This award is given to only one graduate student in the world.
Congrats again Sarah – well deserved!
